Important Notice: The proceeds of this raffle are to benefit a local non-profit organization in Hawaii (see About tab).

As per Hawaii State Law, non-profit organizations may only conduct raffles if a ticket may be obtained free of charge. As such, if you would like to enter this raffle, all you need to do is send a letter on 8.5 x 11 inch paper, in a sealed stamped envelope to the following address (GANI, 4531 Pouli road, #101, Kapa'a, HI, 96746) with your full name, email and phone number, requesting a ticket in the raffle.

By proceeding to donate to our non-profit organization ("GANI") you are voluntarily agreeing to offer your contribution in support of our work in the community and this does not increase your chances any more than those who enter for free by mail.

You donation to our non-profit is tax-exempt, under IRS code 501c3. Our Tax ID # is 45-5223669.

The dates for entry into the draw are from July 17, 7:00 pm - August 19 at 7:00pm HT. (12 Tammuz - 15 Av)

The Winner will be notified by email or phone and will be announced on our Facebook page and website (JewishKauai.org).

Arrangements for actual travel dates to redeem the prize will depend on availability with the owner of the home. We will do our utmost to facilitate an ideal week that works for both parties.

Winners will not hold the owners of the home responsible for any injuries on the property and agree to absolve the owners or raffle coordinators of any personal injury, and accept full responsibility upon themselves.

Raffle coordinators (GANI) will do their utmost to ensure an optimal experience.

There are two types of tickets: $100 for the week's stay, and $180 for the week's stay plus two-roundtrip airfare tickets to Kauai from anywhere in USA mainland.

All ticket proceeds are designated for charity (Tzedaka) and therefore Ma'aser (tithing) may be used for this cause.
